Delivery times will be calculated from the receipt of payment and may vary due to strikes, holidays, or other events not directly attributable to CafèNoir logistics. Shipping estimates are valid for payments with credit card, Scalapay, and PayPal.

The customer can return the purchase within 14 days of receiving the products. There are two methods for return: through the form in the personal area of the website (for registered customers) or by sending an email to customercareonline@cafenoir.it. The refund will be made within 10 days but may be delayed until the goods are received.
